First permit was issued subsequent to an enforcement order in 1996 (EC 372/96).

Charles Buhagiar, minister for mepa (96-98) was his architect (2764/96), before Musumeci moved in. The permit was issued in January 1997. Who knows what kind of fish will be swimming in the pool? After all, Consie is a neighbour. And by the way, just see who owned the property with the notary – from building walls, to building bridges. Guess it is just sheer professional correctness and political seriousness.
