Ah come on, Daphne, maybe his wife-to-be talked him into it. You know weddings, when the bride gets to be the centre of attention for what is probably the first and last time.

You can’t expect these people to show transparency and consistency.

So what do you say, people? Have a custard cream and think happy thoughts. Enough with the entirely justified broadsides already.

There is no greater hypocrite than Saviour Balzan. He did it to the government when it was discussing Malta’s accession to the EU, and he is doing it now. The man is truly without any moral fibre.
