That man on the right is an intimate friend of Jason Micallef and goes by the name of Omar Cucciardi. He was one of the people hit by a bullet when a Labour supporter shot with a gun at the PN club in Qrendi. I believe the court case is still ongoing.

I do not know the other chap, whose head and his strategically placed hand are visible, in the photograph.
