In reply to H.P. Baxxter. Guido DeMarco regularly defended known criminals and then went on to be an excellent Minister of Justice. There is no logical connection to what clients a lawyer will take on and what he or she will do when holding down a Ministerial job. [Daphne - That sort of conflict of interest would be considered completely unacceptable now. It was already unacceptable then and led to serious conflicts.]
