Why would Dr Kessler be arrested if he set foot in Malta? It is John Dalli that should be arrested and investigated for all the alleged corruption he was involved in during his time as a politician.

I have written to the police commissioner three times asking for a proper and impartial investigation into the false and malicious accusations that John Dalli brought against me in November 1999. The police commissioner failed to investigate and find out who was responsible for sending those 20, 000 anonymous letters claiming to defame him.

Early in their investigations the police had confirmed that the stationery used came from parliament. I was acquitted of all the charges that Dalli brought against me. Allegedly it was John Dalli who was behind the sending of the letters in revenge because I had reported his involvement in the Daewoo scandal.

It seems to me that John Dalli is a protected sub species. It is obvious that John Dalli is full of empty threats and bulls**t. I have always said he is a corrupt politician and should be held accountable.
