It is illegal. It is not even possible to apply before being married for at least 5 years. My husband applied a year and a half ago and is nowhere near of being issued. The last I checked I was told that they have a 2 year backlog.

Mallia should be careful. The Nationalists might wrongly misinterpret “goes down to any level” to mean that he will stoop to any level to get what he wants.
