Which are the homes operated by these companies?

What are the services offered? Who are the employees?

Residential care and health care services in general are very labour intensive . Are these companies a scam?

What is Manuel Mallia’s involvement?

I would say that neither Carmelo Micallef nor Baxxter (whom Mr Micallef quoted) have any idea of the world of difference between living, studying and working under the previous PN administrations and Labour’s past and present bunch of incompetent and selfish idiots.
