This is a way of jerking off, for one person in particular, I suspect.

What a joke.

“Launch” would normally refer to the start of enjoyment of a service or product by the public, not a presentation of a possibility or, as is the practice under this Government: the start of works. I find this to be very dishonest advertising.

In fact the whole thing is so off.

Prick the balloon and nothing remains.

Yet the jumped up Super One hype-chief found the time to faff around in admonishing a journalist.

That journalist was admonished for doing his job, by the occupant of the role of Prime Minister who is spectacularly not doing his. Deflection of attention?

And Muscat is allowed to get away with it.

Actually, I think Sai Mizzi was there to diffuse the impact of the company being Huawei, and vice-versa: 100% theatre. Stage-managed. Two hot topics and the piggy in the middle: His bumbling the ingredient producing the necessary chaos.

Nationality has nothing to do with it.

Her behaviour was unacceptable whatever her passport.

And she is supposed to hold Maltese citizenship, which means she is no longer a Chinese citizen unless China, which does not allow dual citizenship, has bent the rules in her regard.

That was not shyness. That was the diffident posture demanded by Chinese cultural training.
