I would put a detailed parliamentary question to each and every ministry, asking for the number of consultants and their respective remuneration.

That way, they would do all the work themselvesand the PN will just publish the information.

I believe he may well have started the paradigm shift when, exasperated at the interviewers obvious line of attack, he pointed out with some asperity that there are forty new cars on the road EVERY DAY (yes, he practically shouted).
