Off point – but on Malta Today comments board, a certain “George Naudi” asserts that on the 8th February 2013, Joseph Muscat, Konrad Mizzi and Karmenu Vella had a working lunch with Joe Gasan and his son Mark, George Fenech (now late) and his son.

These are the people whose plans for Electrogas then magically came to fruition.
