If you refer back to the letter sent out to all MF clients on 1st April, you will notice that it says

“If you have not heard from us until now, that means that we have reason to believe that your information was not compromised.”

Therefore, even if he did actually fill out the declaration on 8th February, chances are he already knew that it was going to be public knowledge soon anyway.

The handwriting on the date doesn’t even seem to be the same as the rest of the text. Another indication that the date was filled in at a later stage.

As soon as I saw that date, I knew that the whole PM’s narrative since you broke the story was a cover up.

Now the doubt arises as to how many offshore companies they actually own between them. Common sense supports the theory that Konrad Mizzi and Keith Schembri could not have set up their Panama companies unless they were given the nod by the Prime Minister himself, and the fact that they still hold their positions is evidence of his complicity.
