Both Keith Schembri and Pierre Sladden are also shareholders in yet another film company, Cinebiss Limited, a company set up with a third party just after he stepped down as film commissioner and just in time to service the Spanish film production Agora. A production which cost EUR50 million, a lot of which was spent in Malta.

It is not clear why Schembri and Sladden would be involved in this company.

Awesome. Incredible. Mind boggling. This is what in Mafia circles is known as La Piovra (the octopus) with multiple tentacles reaching out trying to grab whatever is around it.
