He has long been in business in China. The question here is not why he has an offshore company, but why this government chose to make him Malta’s ambassador in China when he is 1. involved in business there, and 2. has lived there for 40 years, has a Chinese family, and has more loyalty and vested interests in China than he does in Malta. In any case, he resigned last summer.

This is very interesting. An Emanuel Mizzi with an address is China is an officer of a company linked to Malta through BTI. Incorporation date was 2014. Company still active. Is this related in any manner to Konrad Mizzi?
