The Panama Papers have been added to the Offshore Leaks database – 8pm this evening

The Panama Papers have been added to the other major offshore leaks tranches which the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists has handled since 2013, and they are all now in a single database. So simply searching a name and coming up with a positive does not mean that the person “has a company in Panama” or is even connected with one. The database covers other offshore jurisdictions and names may be those of financial services provides or nominees.
