There is another Gibraltar connection: Ratio Malta, the Israeli oil company that Joe Mizzi brought to Malta supposedly to explore for oil, is registered in Gibraltar.

There is something fishy between Joe Mizzi and this company. Joe wants his share too, just like Konrad. Wasn’t he supposed to resign if he does not find oil? Oil exploration was just a front for something sinister.
