The Prime Minister’s chief of staff and his Gibraltarian offshore company, Mammos Ltd

I have reported already that the Prime Minister’s chief of staff, Keith Schembri, has yet another secret offshore company, in Gibraltar. Today I can report that it is called Mammos Ltd, and that it is one of several companies, onshore and offshore, through the bank accounts of which he has moved money – a minimum of €400,000 under this system alone – to Adrian Hillman. At the time the payments were received from Schembri’s outfits, Hillman was managing director of Allied Newspapers, publishers of the Times of Malta and The Sunday Times, and Progress Press. The web around which these payments were moved includes a company registered in Cyprus, called Holdforth Ltd.
