Dear Daphne, Unfortunately all I have is hearsay from various sources but nothing solid. AS they say there is no smoke without fire but nothing that would stand up in a court of law. For example someone told me that he made his driver drive round the same spots few times so he could ogle a teenage girl.

I’m so tired of hearing people say “There should be a law against it”, with whatever it is with which they do not agree. Let’s ignore this incident for a moment and think of what more laws would mean for Malta – a bigger mess at the law courts. Which reminds me, Hadn’t Joseph (He wanted us to use his first name, before the election), promise that he would remove lots of unnecessary laws?
