I really don’t get it. Are we meant to understand that setting up secret structures around the world to hold your assets away from your homeland, for the benefit of your FAMILY is moral and legal?

Konrad, being a simpleton himself, thinks that everyone else is a simpleton and I ask him specifically:

1. Why did you open a secret trust and a secret company if the intention was just family estate planning and a trust would have been enough to achieve your purpose?

2. Who or what did you intend to hide from?

3. Why have you not yet settled any family assets into the trust?

4. Once the trust/company were exposed in the Panama Papers, why did you not immediately publish the trust deed/company statute and haven’t done so up to this very day?

5. In Court you recently stated that you have registered your set up in Malta. Why have you not given details and documents of the set up?
6. Why have you not yet transferred your family assets into your new Malta
set up?
7. If the audit report was signed in September 2016, why have you up to today not placed the company in liquidation and terminated the trust?
8. Why have you not published the letter of representation given to the auditors?
9. Why did your financial statements not disclose whether any audit fees and trustee fees were paid, and the relative amounts?

The posts don’t appear on his home feed, meaning they are “dark posts” used for advertising to a specific targeted audience only (not the general public). It’s likely they are also being displayed on Facebook because they use the same advertising platform.

And even if he had massive legal assets, why isn’t he protecting them through a company and trust in Malta, when some of the world’s richest people do exactly that?
