Why on earth would I want to do that? The whole point is that people should carry on as they are, and that is exactly what I am going to do. Trying to find ways of circumventing a bad law is just another form of cooperation and collaboration. You oppose it by defying it.

We were told that One News would be appealing the case. Does anyone know if an appeal has actually been lodged and what the grounds for the appeal are, or might be? Did they simply say they would appeal in order to reduce the impact of the defeat?
