With Saviour Balzan I have been more in disagreement than agreement but publishing his private call logs is simply scandalous and disgusting. Were you authorized to have that information in your possession and to publish it? Did you have any right at law to have that information in your possession?
The legality or otherwise will be determined elsewhere it seems so I limit myself to saying that it is simply and utterly scandalous especially coupled to that Blog inciting people to breach confidentiality rules?
