They don’t weigh that much (and I speak as somebody who regularly carried them in previous lives). And it is quite clear from the picture that they’re not having an easy time of it.

The box files don’t look very heavy in the way how they’re carrying them. They show little effort.

Certainly 4 box files full of papers should weigh quite a bit.
