I see plenty of seemingly naïve contributions here. Ilham Aliyev will foot all the bill.

He will also buy the parliamentary seat to make Delia a sitting MP. It will cost him but then everybody has a price.

What’s a couple of million dollars for Aliyev? Peanuts.

For a PN MP condemned to 20 years, at least, to the Opposition backbench, it’s a lot of money.

As long as he behaves himself, Delia will have no financial problems whatsoever while he is leader of the PN and of the “Opposition”.
