What do the Party statutes state?

How are elected MPs bound? To their electorate and nation, or to the Party?

Why do I get this niggling feeling that the massive debt is a vital factor of both scenarios – Nationalist Party and Adrian Delia – and that the contortions to get Adrian Delia into position are to exploit a common element within the both?

In reply to paul busuttil. Is it a law course entry requirement to have no memory? Delia can't remember having a bank account in Jersey, and Chris Cardona can't remember if he was a co-director with Delia of that company.

I don’t remember everything I did when I lived abroad. I don’t remember the names of all the places I worked at or the educational institute I attended or its address. Neither do I recall which banks I had (paltry) accounts at. But this was late 1970s early 1980s.

But if someone had to show me a document with my name on it, the year and an address, my memory would be jogged and I would be able to say: Yes of course, I worked there part time or there was a branch of this bank round the corner from where I lived.

And if I knew for certain that the year or the place was wrong or a bank account with a million in it, then I would be able to say, no this can’t be; I know for sure it’s wrong, without fuddling. And it’s easier to remember a million in a bank account than a few hundred.
