Is John Dalli getting any help from Muscat for his Libyan businesses?

The prime minister has said that his government is “helping Maltese businesses in Libya”. I won’t enter into the merits of that. But he should really be asked a specific question as to whether he’s helping John Dalli’s extensive business interests there.
