Uproar in Mosta about shooting range

There is no way you can understand what the shooting range means unless you actually go there and stand in the middle of the fields where it is planned. It is silent, peaceful and the views extend all the way to Mdina. There are no roads, only country lanes, and the impact will be awful.

The retreat at Mount St Joseph will be the most directly affected, but it is not only about that. The destruction will be permanent. The shooting range will destroy the integrity and harmony of a peaceful, natural area where few people go because the way there is up a track off the main road.
