That was corrupt accountant Joe Sammut’s GRADUATION ceremony

Some days ago I uploaded photographs of a ‘graduation ceremony’ held in Malta last October by the online diploma mill SMC University, which is not accredited anywhere in Europe though it has a registered office address in Switzerland.

Corrupt accountant Joe Sammut was all togged up in the pictures, posing with Joseph Muscat, and because he is listed on SMC University’s website as one of its “professors in the Department of Accounting and Finance”, I naturally thought he was at the ceremony as a professor at this odd outfit.

But no – he was there as a doctoral graduate. Here is his transcript, which his daughter had uploaded on Facebook (why would anyone do something like that?). I just love all those fishy 99s, don’t you.
