How Henley & Partners operates

This was published today in the Caribbean News. At this pointed we shouldn’t be asking whether Henley & Partners paid money to ‘persuade’ the Labour Party to open up a sale-of-citizenship programme and have Henley & Partners control it.
We should be asking instead whether the money was paid into the Labour Party’s war-chest or into the offshore accounts of key Labour politicians. Or both of those things.
