Electoral Commission finds those who bought citizenship should not be on electoral roll

The Electoral Commission has found that at least half of the people who the Nationalist Party identified as being put on the electoral roll after buying Maltese citizenship should not be there at all. As a result, the Commission will not be putting up a challenge to the Nationalist Party’s suit in the Courts of Justice to have the names removed from the roll.
