Malta’s Not-The-Energy Minister is at the Central European Energy Conference

Didn’t the Prime Minister tell us that he had stripped Konrad ‘PanamaNewZealandShanghai’ Mizzi of the energy portfolio? Like Owen Bonnici, the Justice Minister, he lied.

I see from this article that Konrad Mizzi is right now in Bratislava, at the Central European Energy Conference. And yes, in fact here he is, on the official programme, photograph and all.
