The Prime Minister’s underling sees no conflict of interest

Like Robert Musumeci, who is both her personal architect and her official consultant in her public post as Parliamentary Secretary for the Planning Authority, Deborah Schembri says she can’t see any conflict of interest in using Musumeci’s services to apply for planning permission in building her new home right next door to the Prime Minister’s.

The Prime Minister is the Minister responsible for the Planning Authority. What are the odds that he doesn’t know what a conflict of interest is, either?
