Quick, switch to Super One!

That brass-necked Muscat is addressing the nation on the party channel again, sitting at a dining-room table with a backdrop of the flags of the EU and Malta, and flanked by ex-cop Anglu Farrugia, poor old Charlie Mangion looking pained and embarrassed (I don’t blame him, he’s a nice man on the whole and well aware of how his non-Labour friends perceive this kind of spectacle) and – fanfare – Joe Mizzi, Alfred Sant’s Ministru Minghajr Portafoll, who has been resurrected from political death.
Toni Abela? Nowhere to be seen. Perhaps he’s rehearsing for his newest Super One comic act.

It’s at times like this when us non-residents wish we had access to Super One … funny how you make us want it more …. :-)

[Daphne – I know. I just spoke to one of my sons in Canada and he said that from a distance it seems like there’s never a dull moment on this island – very intense. One of the people I work with, who comes from Australia, says that he likes Malta because it’s ‘peaceful but exciting’. I think I’ve figured out what he means.]

Antoine – you “non-residents” have access to Super One 24/7 over the Internet. You can watch Kalamita all night and still be fresh enough to go to work in the morning.
That’s just to show us that he’s outgrown this country – then still feels excited all over by having a bash at the Super 1 guys! You’re right this country is sick.
