Libye: Zawiyah assiégée par les pro-Kadhafi

No no no, they’re all misunderstanding/ misinterpreting /twisting the facts/ distorting what the commissioner was saying.
Shame that the positive impression the prime minister gave in the way he handled the situation is being undone by this resentful clown.

Libya: Zawiyah besieged by pro-Gaddafi
3:16 p.m.. Isolated. Maltese EU Commissioner John Dalli on Saturday defended his remarks yesterday in his country, where he refused to request the departure of the power of Muammar Qaddafi, standing out as the official position of the EU.
At 62, the Commissioner has in the past worked closely with Libya for many years as a businessman. As such, he stated that he did “not have the right, no more than anyone else, to rule on whether Gaddafi should resign.” “I think it belongs to Gaddafi to make their own decisions,” added John Dalli.
