The caption is all his own.

X’ghandu Mahatma? The surname is GANDHI.
He’s probably thinking of Mahatma rice. I think it was the only rice available locally under Mintoff.
And Dr. Anglu Farrugia (sic), I note, did not even have the courtesy to identify the director of the famous firm by name.
Whoever he is, he does not seem to be enjoying the company of our Anglu. Maybe he forgot to shower after the elephant experience?
He also has a photo with the caption:
“India visit – Dr. Anglu Farrugia with the Minister of Forgein Affairs of India”
That’s it, I’m off.
Qieghed ghandu Mahatma? Ma fhimtx.
What is this firm?
Mohandas K Gandhi.
This creep cannot even spell the surname of one of the greatest political leaders the human race has ever produced.
The great soul had nothing whatsoever to do with firms and business.
To conclude on a Indian note:
Inspector Farrugia is proving to be Malta’s Parag Khanna.
We should be thankful for small mercies.
ONE News clip title: “Joseph Muscat mal-LGBT (Gays)”

Labour’s approach to the LGBT community: “Gays!”
Imbecilli.
Who wrote Anglu’s doctoral thesis? On all the available evidence, he can’t have written it himself.

Never have I seen so much rubbish in a single article coming from someone who likes to project himself as being competent and knowledgeable.
Could that be Richard Attenborough, director of the FILM (not firm) “Gandhi”?
Apart from the misspelling of Gandhi, I’m not sure there is a firm called Mahatma Gandhi. I’ve googled it in all possible combinations but there doesn’t seem to be one.
It’s supposed to be famous too.
He probably means director of the film Mahatma Gandhi (although buggered if it looks anything like Attenborough).
