Inflating like a bullfrog

As those around him begin to address him by mistake on purpose as ‘the prime minister’, Joseph Muscat is visibly inflating like a bullfrog, unable to hide his smug and gloating delight.

He’s even beginning to take pleasure in the company of his fellow bullfrog, the deputy prime minister and former police inspector. You can’t exactly call Zrinzo Azzopardi a bullfrog too.

If tadpoles could giggle and wear spectacles as well as squirm, he would be it.

Anglu Farrugia said he was a traditional Labourite, and then almost broke down (that’s how hurt he was).

Traditional Labourites don’t break down, they break things.

Did you see the face of the Prime Minister, Prattikament, when he was on TVAM on PBS saying “Issa ser inkun jien li ser naghmel il-vot ta’ sfiducja…”?

What a strange country we are living in.

Returning back from working in Canada, I received an email with naked photos of a colleague of mine, who by then was a bank manager. I was contacted by the Canadian Police. They prosecuted her ex-boyfriend and he is now in prison.

In Malta someone who did exactly the same thing is contesting the general election as a “star kendidejt” for our next government.

    Unbelievable!

Dr Deo the Star Candidate created a Facebook group in his name, adding people who thought it would be about medicine/health. Then he changed it to a propaganda politics group. People like me LEFT the group, of course.

Yesterday he was on Super One giving free medical advice. He threw in a (nudge nudge) subtle reminder of his political aspirations.

Hijacking the colour blue is not Labour’s only attempt at borrowing respectability ghal ghajn in-nies.
