Franco Debono: it’s that time of the month again
Franco Debono had another bitch-fit in parliament tonight. He and Botox Jeff are going to have the most awful withdrawal symptoms this time next year.
Unless they take up the role of mejda tal-qubbajd on Super One TV – Botox Jeff is there already, but will they still want him tomorrow? – or start their own show, I find it difficult to see how they can go back to the anonymity of 1. a law practice, and 2. a botox surgery and pulling teeth.
Note to Luciano Busuttil: if you’re going to dye your hair, please get it done professionally. That flat, black look with a uniform hairline is a dead give-away.
Ask Jeffrey for hints. The days when he sat at the hairdressers with bits of foil in his hair for that natural highlights look are gone, but he still knows his Clairol from his Wella.
But don’t let him talk you into Botox. Please.

“In his speech, made while a phone rang in the background several times, Dr Debono also renewed his call for reforms…”

Problema, meta jkollok mobile li anke mitfi jdoqq.
Kif l-Ispeaker ihalli buffu bhal dan idahhal il-mobile mieghu u jhallih mixghul? Dan mhux disprezz lejn il-Parlament?
Hey Daphne, I think Franco just asked you to perform a psychological profile on RCC. He does take you seriously.
Franco seems to have a phobia, amongst many that he has, of attacking people. To mention a few: Lawrence Gonzi, Carm Mifsud Bonnici, Edgar Galea Curmi and lately Simon Busuttil, Paul Borg Olivier and Richard Cachia Caruana. He has recently been overheard in Court enquiring about certain people in the PM’s Secretariat. One wonders who’s next on his list.
Why is it that ONE TV gives the Hon, Franco Debono preferential treatment over other invited guests? Other guests have to take the trouble to show up for the show come rain , snow or floods, whilst Dr Debono gets the preferential treatment of being allowed to make phone interventions from the comfort of his home.
At first glance it’s a Cosi Fan Tutti, but it’s more of Fantozzi Contro Tutti.
The Dishonourable Franco Debono should be deselected from the PN candidate list for the general election.

Rather than botox, may I suggest detox?
‘Why is it that ONE TV gives the Hon, Franco Debono preferential treatment over other invited guests?’
Because they have no other serious political issues to talk about.
Whenever the PL attempts to criticise the government on any issue they are immediately answered and they shut their mouth. A case in point was the issue of Arriva. Not even Franco mentions Arriva anymore.
If Joe Grima was a serious and honest political person he should organise a programme on the Mosta Local Council issue, cause now the PL are saying that it was the responsabilty of the Minister to take the necessary action. This is being stated in view of the fact that the Mosta Local Council was not acting illegally but was acting irresponsibly towards the Mosta residents. So it was the responsability of Joseph Muscat to instruct the Mayor and the other irresponsible PL councilors to resign and make way for other councilors who may have had some respect towards the Mosta residents. But Joseph Muscat was never a leader and he will never be because he does not possess any leadership skills.
