I have just got a news flash text message from the bearded wonders at Malta Today:
Rome’s mayor tweets his anger at blocked roads for President Abela’s state visit in Italy.
Like I give a damn.
With hot news like this, I can stop buying pitrolju.

Malta – practically a whole nation suffering from ‘Little-Big-Man’ syndrome.
Is it a coincidence that there is an dramatic lowering of standards in the printed media at the same time that more and more Labour sympathisers are working for the newspapers ?
There must be a connection though it’s hard to say which is the cause and which the effect.
The connection dates back to when the Labour Party waged war on private schools, closed the polytechnic and decimated the university.
It goes back to when computers dulled students’ brains and when diplomas and degrees were just pieces of paper Mintoff would wrap his incovas in.
Meanwhile, Malta Today ran a full story on its online version. As expected, it was written by Karl-Stango Navarra.
It is not even true! The mayor did tweet that but he never mentioned Malta or its president or anything of the sort.
