A family motto for Cunning Carmen and Drunken Jeff

Carmen Ciantar - Mrs Pullicino Orlando Smith in August - discussing politics with Norman Hamilton on Super One's Bla Agenda
Will Jeffrey Pullicino Orlando Smith be devising a family crest to commemorate his and Carmen’s new surname?
May I recommend this motto:
Ix-xitan l-ewwel jaghmik, u imbaghad idoqq it-trumbetta bik.
But I rather suspect that Carmen will survive all this as she uses Jeffrey’s carcass to float to the surface of her Labour Party.

Let’s start a caption competition with this photo:
Jiena? Jien kapaci ndawwar lil Jeffie tieghi ma subghajja z-zghir.
Where does she buy her clothes, Debenhams?
Jien nahseb li jekk Ms Ciantar hasbet li ghamlet xi akkwist billi titqanna b’ wiehed bhal Jeffrey “for better and for worse” ahjar terga’ tahsibha.
Wiehed bhal dak lanqas bhala tapit quddiem il-bieb ta’ barra ma jiswa.
Jispicca jiehu il-permess tal-Mistra, u imbaghad jarmiha ghal xi mail order bride ta’ ghoxrin sena mil-Ukraijna.
There is divorce in place now, that’s why she is not worried.
Her task from Joseph right now is to use JPOS to bring the government down. Afterwards il-bahh.
Actually I think it’s the other way around. I think that she is the one doing the using and abusing.
Will she have any use for him after he gives her what she wants?
There is always divorce on demand now, thanks to hubby elect.
It seems that he will be the first MP to have both his wife and his ex wife on the Labour benches.
He won’t be MP.
It’s more likely that they will both end up being ex-wives when she has reached her aims and that of the party she supports.
He will be hung up to wilt in the wind whilst Carmen and and Joseph laugh their way to the bank.
Joseph will not fare that much better himself.
Just wait until he’s served his purpose getting the reconstituted Jurassic bunch into power.

Fortunately, (or is it unfortunately) there won’t be enough time for wife number three before the next election.
Either ” u mbagħad” or else drop the “u” altogether – it is not required. And it’s “jagħmik” and “mbagħad, not “jaghmik” and “mbaghad”.
