La Vache Qui Rit

This amazing photoshop job is being promoted on Labour Facebook pages. OUR ONLY HOPE. Indeed. And if push comes to shove, how exactly does Michelle fit in?
As an unelected member of the cabinet, perhaps.
Unfortunately, it looks just like a La Vache Qui Rit advertisement, with a couple of most unusual cows.

With camomile flowers…
You’re hilarious!
What’s with the raised hand? It looks like a Nazi heil.
Or is it another gesture from Mussolini?
Too funny!
It would be if it weren’t true.
With Labour in government the weather forecast is: Cloudy.
Wow that’s an excellent observation.
It’s an advert of the La Vache Qui Rit – Light version. Low in grey matter.
Straight out of a Chinese or North Korean propaganda machine with the Great Leader benignly looking down on the people from high up in the sky.
Spot the difference

The difference is that these make good kitsch.
Daisies for heaven’s sake.
Looks like the two were cut out of a magazine and stuck on an advert for chamomile tea.
God, you just hit the nail on this one. You’re absolutely right.
Did you do this?
[Daphne – No. I got it off a Labour Facebook page. I don’t work in Photoshop, and if I did, it would be better than that.]
Shoddy photoshopping, that is.
Ugh. Gimme a puke bag quick…
Tinky Winky, Dipsy, LaLa, Po,
Teletubbies, Teletubbies,
Say……….Hello
To me they seem to be sinking into the ground (hopefully in cow dung) and Joseph waving goodbye. And at that I fully agree with the caption
The media artist unwittingly gives the perspective of two people buried in the ground up to their waists, stuck in a hole. So funny.
And that would be our true hope.
IF that’s our ONLY HOPE, then it is time to serve the hemlock.
That they are cows biting off more cud then they can chew is known.
That they are laughing at the gullibility of those who will vote for them is hugely suspected.
That’s it Les Vaches Qui Rit, or however the plural goes.
There was another leader whose subjects [secretly] referred to him as La Vache Qui Rit – Hosni Mubarak.
It’s so true, what with his Jurassic Park and assortment of speculators. Their only hope.
It seems, to me, that he is waving goodbye: shoulders askew, about to walk into the horizon, the both of them looking back for one final salute, their faces saying “It was good while it lasted. We’ll miss you.”
Those clouds looming in the background threaten heavy showers and thunderstorms. A cumulonimbus in the making.
A gloomy omen of what is to come?
Is that a tornado at the bottom, right hand corner, in red?
Araħ il- messija. Kemm hu glorjuż u ħanin meta jxejjer u jitbissem lejn il-merħla tiegħu
Oddly, my better half, when he was a reporter, always referred to Michelle as La Vache Qui Rit.
It totally looks like something out of North Korea.

Fantasy, in other words.
Tlift kull tama li torqod?
Ma tiflahx izjed tara l-GonziPN jiggverna?
Mela ghamel bhali.
Ixrob tazza kamomilla “Our Only Hope” tal-Partit Laburista.
U tara kif jghinek biex torqod u tinsa kollox.
“Our Only Hope”, is-soluzzjoni, ghalik.
Ghandek it-tikmix?
Ixrob tazza kamomilla “Our Only Hope” tal-Partit Laburista.
U tara kif jghinek biex torqod u tinsa kollox, u jisparixxi it-tikmix.
“Our Only Hope”, is-soluzzjoni, ghalik.
Int taf x’jigifieri.
They look like two fried eggs in the foreground, not flowers.
