Oh God, look at this now

You know, I’m beginning to think that Sogno Busuttil isn’t even an ahdar, and that his problems are caused by the catastrophic absence of tact that is in itself the result of stratospheric stupidity.
He does this kind of thing, doesn’t understand why it is wholly inappropriate and comes across really badly, and then boasts on the internet that he greets and speaks to his victim normally (meaning: “I have good manners, even if the others don’t and avoid looking him in the eye.”).
Mur arah b’xi ministerial portfolio, or representing Malta in international forums. Ikun aghar minn dak il-bearded wonder ta’ Ritchie Matrenza.

Ritchie Matrenza : the “Ambassador Emeritus”?
[Daphne – That’s him. A stupid, pompous piece of wprk heavily disguised with a merkin that he wears on his chin instead of in the appropriate place.]
Sogno Busuttil’s salary as a member of parliament is a waste of public funds. There are cheaper forms of entertainment. Access to Busuttil’s musings on Facebook is free.
You are 100% right about Ritchie Matrenza. He’s an arrogant, pompous man.
Once he asked me for a glass of water during a break in some studio show, not politely, but saying instead, sarcastically: “If you tell me where it is, I’ll get it myself.”
So I did just that, and told him where it was.
My colleagues said to me: “You speak to a former ambassador like that?”
I replied that I would have responded in the same way to anyone who spoke to me so condescendingly, let alone to a short, bearded idiot like him.
Min jaf kemm ha pjacir jikteb “eks”.
Did he ever ask if Alfred Sant received this same allowance?
[Daphne – Somehow, Sogno Busuttil couldn’t bring himself to say ‘Ministru Emeritus’.]
Or maybe he thinks ‘Emeritus’ applies only to presidents.
The HONOURABLE Luciano Busuttil.
I see that our parliament has a sense of humour.
For Brutus is an honourable man;
So are they all honourable men.
Ahem.
And this guy says he holds nothing personal against Carm Mifsud Bonnici and makes it a point to state publicly that he went up to him at the Law Courts last Monday.
How dumber and dimmer can you get DOTTOR Luciano?
Mistoqsija mimlija hdura.
So after Sogno Busuttil admitted that he felt no shame when he came face to face with Carm Mifsud Bonnici in court, is he now begrudging him any allowance which might be paid to him? Kif ma jisthix?
Probabli li vera wasal iz-zmien li jkolna Parlament b’inqas membri izda li jkun aktar professjonali
Luciano Busuttil is a joke today, but tomorrow he could become a minister, turning the joke into a frightening thriller for the country.
All members of parliament should be made to publish a declaration of interests and assets, and not just ministers.
Din il-mara sejra jgenninkom. Kemm tixtiequ li ghandkom xi hadd bhala. Simply the best, Daph.
@ Daphne
This is precisely THE reason why so many taxpayers see the new parliamentary building as a waste of public funds.
Quite frankly after the tantrums and antics thrown in by Franco Debono and Luciano Busuttil, it is becoming increasingly more arduous to argue to the contrary.
The next step would be to table a motion that an exception be made in the case of former Minister C Mifsud Bonnici and that he be deprived of that allowance, even if he is entitled to it, so that the very honourable Luciano Busuttil would be able to display his honourable brazen cheek to look Dr Mifsud Bonnici in the eye “normally”, instead of shamefacedly looking at the floor, because he was part of the plot to stab an Honourable Minister in the back in order to satisfy Dr Franco Debono’s thirst foir revenge and the LP’s ravenous appetite for a premature election.
