Oh look – not one word from the Opposition about Judge Farrugia Sacco and his ‘”mhux wertit”

Judge Farrugia Sacco’s son is one of the Labour Party’s star cendidayts. So what are the odds that the Commission for the Administration of Justice is going to give him a hard time?
And we won’t have any motion for his resignation (impeachment) brought by the four Labour MPs who are fighting each other for the portfolio of justice minister in Joseph’s kebbnitt.
That’s for sure.

Judge Farrugia Sacco was married to Susan nee LAIVIERA.
I have to butt in here.
To all those who knew her, Susan Laiviera was a model student, mother and teacher.
We were contemporaries at uni.
She taught my three daughters.
Today, and loads of top-rate universities later, my children still refer to her as “such a lovely lady and one of our best teachers ever”.
This is for the record.
Any relative of the LAIVIERA who works for Salvu Balzan or the other LAIVIERA who has taken permanent residence on the local cyber comments boards?
I am sorry but this does not make sense.
Why do you expect Labour to have the motion and not government? Did we hear government mentions this incident at all!
[Daphne – Because the government has learned to its cost that bringing a motion for the impeachment of a judge or magistrate is pointless. It will never get the support of the Opposition. For impeachment, you need a two-thirds vote, not a simple majority.]
David Farrugia Sacco must be helping Luciano Busuttil grill his sausages on his barbecue.
What a pair of black eyes for Hamrun! Pity.
one word…IMPEACHMENT. He disgraces our institutions
