Swimming with sharks
You know, in the light of all that’s been happening with Jeffrey Pullicino Orlando Smith, Carmen Ciantar and the Labour Party, I think we should revisit the story of who might have given Alfred Sant a copy of JPOS’s Mistra contract.
The scanned copy in the Labour Party’s possession bore part of the notary’s signature, which means that it was scanned from an original in the hands of one of the two parties to the contract.
Notaries do not sign the contract copies they keep on their files.
So the Labour Party’s copy was scanned from the original held either by Jeffrey Pullicino Orlando Smith or Dominic Micallef. I’m not saying that they colluded with Labour themselves.
I know for a fact that JPOS didn’t, because he was wetting his pants at the thought of being found out and losing his meal ticket.
But it’s such a bad idea, isn’t it, to leave things lying around at home, which might be useful to others.

Wow!
All I can say is, another scoop for Daphne. Who would ever have thought?
JPOS could have been victimized by the least suspected, unless of course, his home was broken into and the hard drive in his computer messed around with.
Maybe he needs to give his new buddy Cyrus Engerer a call for some advice.
Bingo!
Was he already living with his new lady at the time of the 2008 elections?
[Daphne – Yes. If you bothered to read my post about her, you’ll find that they were together already in 2003.]
So now, after four years, we finally know who leaked that damning document about JPO to the then MLP.
WHAT IS EVEN MORE IMPORTANT IS THAT …..HE KNOWS AS WELL.
Somebody living in his home must have waited for him to polish the last drop from his bottle of Earl Grey 12 year old matured in oak and scanned the contract. With friends like these who needs enemies.
From the article:
http://www.timesofmalta.com/articles/view/20120627/local/-Witnesses-ready-to-testify-against-Cachia-Caruana-.426109
This line need not be ignored, The Times quoting JPOS:
Asked what he would do if his party refused to expel Mr Cachia Caruana, he said: “I’ll play that by ear.”
Nor should his reply to Jean Pierre Farrugia’s accusation, challenging The Times to check with Maltatoday where they got their leak. Quite a lucid memory, remembering which newspaper had come up with that story.
He says he’ll support the PM until the end of the legislature, Franco did the same yesterday, Jesmond, as usual, is late.
I take it as a yes.
That should satisfy Joseph.
To play that by ear implies as well playing second fiddle.
JPOS can now proceed with his one man show; we now have music added to the puppet show where he appears in the leading role. As stupid as a wooden puppet, he appears to be oblivious to the fact that at the end of the strings manipulated him there are the own political ambitions of Carmen Ciantar.
Probably instigated by the JM Productions on the same lines that Joe Muscat instigated RTK journalist Sabrina Agius to spy on her employer. After all this puppet show has already achieved success when she manoeuvred him to push for the introduction of the divorce law.
Is being so blind part of falling in love making him such a ‘KRETIN’ that he is not aware that he is being used and at the end of it he will surely be thrown on the rubbish heap by the very person that is using him?
As an aside, once I read an article by a leading psychiatrist where he argued that what is referred to as the “male menopause” is nothing else but a feeling of self inadequacy fuelled by the fear of a looming risk of erectile dysfunction.
He also argued that some subjects, to prove to themselves that this only happens to others but not to them, start to attend gyms, dye their hair, submit to cosmetic surgery to enhance their youthful appearance and above all behave irresponsibly like an immature teenager. Do we have such a case on our hands?
l finally got the clue what the role of Carmen was in the Mistra sage. Pity no other journalist has delved deeper on this issue.
