   On the rekort, eight months ago we were told that the pjan huwa lest and that all will be revealed immediately the general election is called.

   On the rekort also, Joseph Muscat stated only a couple of days ago that the PL was working on a plan and that all will be revealed immediately general election is called.

   In the interim, and also on the rekort, at least three different PL persons in succession were said to be drawing up the party manifesto.

   So what’s the betting that there is as yet, no manifesto at all and that come the general election PL will be caught with its pants down?

   Which is probably just as well because, given ZeroVote Joseph’s political performance to date, come the event he will likely shit himself silly.
