Not being a conniving sort, I hadn’t thought of this one

A lady friend has emailed me to say that I missed the significance of how Jeffrey Pullicino Orlando Smith got his offer of a bodyguard from the Labour Party.

“Woman to woman, Carmen organised it with her old friend Michelle Muscat,” this lady said. “She’s found one hell of a way of keeping close tabs on her irascible husband-to-be. Now nothing he does will escape her notice and he can’t do anything behind her back.”

Damn, I hadn’t thought of that.

  2. GD says:

In Communist Cuba, North Korea and China, when they want to keep tabs on you they give you an ‘interpreter’ or ‘body guard’ for your ‘protection’.

  3. Dickens says:

Do his clinic clients mind that THEY might end up on the Labour Party surveillance tapes, even as they wait for their turn in his clinic?

After all, he was pretty hazy re the sort of “threats” he has been receiving.

I’m afraid we’re very close to ‘associazione a delinquere’ here.

This isn’t looking good, much worse than I thought. I just can’t keep up.

Here we go. Labour thugs to the fore.

  4. Are you implying that your lady friend is conniving?
