“They have given the party over four years of hell” – and not just the party, but the country

Every time this bloke decides to make some public statement or gives an interview he convinces how right I have always been not to ever have voted for him. Back in the 2008 when the Mistra scandal became public I wrote that he should not be allowed to contest the election on the PN ticket and went so far as to protest by not voting.
Two years ago he went behind the PM’s back and behind that of his colleagues and the Party’s Executive Council by filing the private divorce motion and showed his true colours. He was out on a mission to embarrass one and all to pay back for not having been given a ministerial post.
His final swan song was voting with Labour to bring down RCC and now he comes out saying that he does not exclude that one day he will candidate himself once more with the PN. Well the moment that happens the PN can forget my vote and that of many others.
It is clear that in replying to the questions posed in this interview he was feeling very uneasy in the knowledge that he is no longer believed by anyone. He has simply lost all form of credibility.
JPO should realise and understand that the next election will mean a total clean out of the PN stables and people like him, his ally Mugliette and Debono can wave goodbye to their political careers. They have given the party over four years of hell and if they expect that what happened will be forgotten I think that they had better think twice.

These three MPs will go down in history as the worst stooges the PN ever allowed to contest on their ticket.
Dr. Gonzi is working very hard for the country and is not appreciated by these stooges for selfish reasons. All they care about is me, me and more of me. Nevertheless, if the PM doesn’t take severe action now against these three MP he will be continued to be perceived very weak.
For the life of me why is JPO still is a chairman of Science and Technology? How can Dr.Gonzi trusts him with this post?
Why is Debono, who is not trusted by anyone, still working in Castille?
What is Dr. Gonzi waiting for?
Bide your time, Matt. D Day is close at hand.
The conspirators and the dissenters should be expelled from the party now. The party has everything to gain by doing so.
These few useless parliamentarians should pluck up courage and bring the government down if they have any courage and complete their sadist behaviour.
I honestly believe that JPO’s intention behind the move to table the Divorce Bill was not really to embarrass the PM; it was to appease the nagging (if not blackmailing) of his dear Carmen. Embarrassing the PN was Carmen’s side of the plot, and marrying Carmen was Jeffrey’s.
A most fitting epithet by Alfred Sant as a man of letters: “morally and politically corrupt”.
