Oh good grief. He quotes Robbie Williams instead of Gandhi.
I’m thinking here that, in between fielding the soiled internet knickers of passionate admirers, Franco Debono really isn’t thinking hard enough.
Or maybe he just doesn’t know that Robbie Williams is using some of the most famous words ever spoken in the 20th century: by Mahatma Gandhi.
But then perhaps it’s more appropriate for him to quote a man who lost the plot and spun into a downward spiral shortly after posing with a Union Flag painted onto his naked butt for the front cover of Vogue.
Comparing himself to Mahatma Gandhi might be a little more difficult.
But just in case you need a bit of an upgrade from Robbie Williams, Franco, here’s the real deal.
“First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, then you win.” – Mahatma Gandhi

Don’t tell me you’re becoming addicted to Franco’s blog now.
[Daphne – As if. That’s why it’s called the silly season.]
Hey girls. If you want a really hot night with a man who has a big cock that crows at dawn, and one who can multitask too, ring 99 98 88 77 and ask for Franco.
At least it isn’t 69 69 69 69. Let’s praise God for small mercies.
Post your G strings to 1, Strait Street, Valletta (but wear them for a long, hot morning first, girls).
No, no irony intended. That’s Franco Debono’s actual office address.
Int mohhok fih ukoll ta!!

U kemm hu njurant ustja!! Biex ma jafx din ta’ Gandhi!! SAC history teacher should be shot.
Man’s biggest mistake is to believe that he’s working for someone else.

I’m worried.
I laughed at him first, NOW I’m ignoring him.
Who’s going to win now?
Well the fact that he quoted Robbie Williams and not JPO is a mercy, of sorts.
It is one of JPO’s all time fav quotes.
A wonderful display of total ignorance.
O.M.G. Now you’ve done it. He’s going to start carrying around Gandhi’s “The Story of My Experiments With Truth”.
And sometimes you don’t win and are forgotten completely.
No, you’re astroprojected into oblivion.
When you’re in a hole, stop digging.
I think his subconscious latched onto ‘tripping’.
First you win, then they fight you, then they hate you, then they laugh at you, then they ignore you.
Franco’s doing it in reverse order.
First they discover you, then they believe you, then you expose yourself… and then you lose.
NOTE: Gandhi’s version has it origins in Schopenhauer’s, “All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.”
My version is wholly inspired by Franco.
I told him so but he did not upload. Madonna, veru lost cause.
Lanqas jisthi that he really thought it was Robbie Williams. Fuxxxing unbelievable!
To dear Franco…before he fades away.

I’d rather not include the next part of the song. He will sue me for threatening him.
Tal-biza. Irfes il-kallu tal-PN, u lesti ruhek ghall-attakki fahxin. Isthu!
[Daphne – Attakki fahxi: arson, bombs, police harassment and systematic targeting by the entire media machine of a political party, mainly Super One. Go back to bed, and stay there.]
