SIGH (of impatience with this insufferable twerp, lest he jump to other conclusions as, in my extensive experience, such twerps so often do)

Now he has a new target: the cardiologist Albert Fenech. You know, because Professor Fenech is a PN candidate and the Boor of Hal Ghaxaq is not.

Left click on the images to read them. But don’t bother if you’ve had enough of the sorry bastard. Or if you’re one of the people who ended up at the cardiologist because of Franco-induced stress and strain.

Franco’s targets change so rapidly, the slightest comment misconstrued as a personal insult of the nth degree.

I just loved Albert’s interview – took me back to his lectures which were always delivered with such charisma and witty humour.

    • La Redoute says:

Franco’s targets are consistent – anyone who has what he thinks is his by right.

His current fixation are the 10 new names on the PN’s candidates list.

  2. Shrink says:

No matter how hard you work, Franco, you’ll never ever be as great and invaluable as, say, Albert Fenech or Richard Cachia Caruana.

You have already etched your name under the infamous section in Malta’s history, whereas the former will forever be remembered for their sterling work and contribution to the country.

Contrary to your beliefs, it’s not good grades which make a brilliant person but good breeding and a constant desire to strive for perfection reflected also in one’s demeanour.

And that’s where you lost the plot. dear Franco, because your demeanour is that of a shrieking harridan.

  3. Klijent mitluf says:

X’mentalita ta’ rahli li qatt m’ghamilha ma nies ghandu dan Franco.

Skond kif jahsibha Franco, lil Professur Fenech trid tara kif titkellem fuqu ghax ma tafx tigix bzonnu ghal xi operazzjoni tal-qalb u tispicca taht idejh u jhallik tal-post fuq il-mejda tal-operazzjoni.

X’nuqqas ta’ professjonalita minn Franco. X’injoranza ta’ bniedem. Juri b’dawk il-kliem kif jahseb hu stess.

Jista’ jkun li l-biza’ ta’ Franco gej ghax l-attakki kontra n-nies li jaghzel ghandhom gheruq nieqsa mis-sincerita u allura jista jigri li haddiehor jizen lilu bil-mod li jiznu hu.

Qed nghid dan ghax darba tlabt ghas-servizzi suppost professjonali tieghu u kien qalli fuq it-telefon cellulari speci “Fl-ahhar gejt taht idejha”. M’ghandniex xi nghidu ma’ mortx, bhalu u ahjar minnu hergin eluf kull sena mill-universita u inqdejt b’irhas.

  4. Mark busuttil says:

The cock from Hal Ghaxaq can rest assured that Albert Fenech will take good care of him no matter what crap he writes.

Professor Fenech, unlike Dr Cock, will not hold personal grudges against anyone, nor will he collude with the enemy or allow anything to get in the way of his professional standards and ethics.

Dr Cock measures everyone by his own sorely inadequate yardstick.

    • john says:

‘his own sorely inadequate yardstick’. I love it

Perhaps this explains why he is still living with mummy.

  5. Not Tonight says:

Franco has nothing to worry about. Professor Fenech’s integrity cannot possibly be questioned. He is a gentleman and would never seek revenge for his bad-mouthing him to the electorate.

I’d be very interested to hear what Franco has to say about Profs Fenech though. Then there can be no doubt, in anyone’s mind, that Franco Debono needs to be dragged away by the men in white.

  6. david farrugia says:

He never said so towards JPO, who had refused a cabinet position because the pay wasn’t enough for him.

  7. Noel D'Emanuele. says:

Franco, you’re so full of it. Why don’t you just fade away, please…

  8. Edward Caruana Galizia says:

Oh my God, what is it with this guy and his ‘poor me’ attitude? why doesn’t he save it for when he is being cradled by his mummy on the sofa? Can’t he at least try to project an image of maturity?

  9. ciccio says:

    My heart aches for Franco.

  10. bunbury says:

How on earth did this guy go through six years of university without learning the very basic fact that the English abbreviation of professor is ‘Prof’ and not ‘Profs’? And what about ‘in his regardS’? Top student, my foot. Ahjar nidhak milli nibki.

  11. Matt B says:

He seems to have removed the posts in question from his blog.

Alas, now, his comments board has now become a place to debate whether you are an asset to the PN or otherwise.

  12. Minn jaf says:

Always the same with our Franco, Me, Me, Me and to hell with all else. Kemm hu tifel.

  13. Francis Saliba MD says:

Dr. Franco Debono need not fear any reprisal from Dr Albert Fenech M.D. (not LL.D.) in case Franco Debono ever came to need his cardiologist service – I can assure him that “Hudu go fik” does not exist in his repertoire.

I wish the same could be said of Dr Franco Debono.

  14. Leo Said says:

Franco might “directly” become my “patient” without necessarily having to visit Albert Fenech or any other cardiologist.

    • John Schembri says:

I don’t know exactly why, but when I saw the video of the bullying at Il-Maghluq” and this picture, the Golden Years under Labour came to mind.

Maybe the victim was in the same situation he would have been then, but with the police against him, the photographer’s camera confiscated and Xandir Malta stating that the victim started the fight.

  15. Hibernating from Malta says:

He doesn’t even know how to spell, let alone be a politician.

  16. Qeghdin Sew says:

God help us all if those in the medical profession acted as childishly as many Maltese lawyers I have come in contact with.

  17. Qeghdin Sew says:

I had to double check the screenshot: DIDNT’

  18. A Montebello says:

I haven’t been on Franco’s blog, lest he one day counts me amongst one of his admirers along with his other personas.

My guess is he is trying to match you for wit, spade-calling and entertainment.

    What a lonely, losing battle.

  19. Anthony says:

Prof Fenech would, without any doubt whatsoever, treat this imbecile like any other of his patients.

That is with charm and competence.

Debono, as we so very well say in Maltese, “ikejjel lil haddiehor b’xibru”.

  20. kram says:

Allura Franco fil-politika full-time u l-professjoni ta’ avukat part time?

  21. jae says:

    Min imissu? Who’s next?

  22. Claude Sciberras says:

Unfortunately many Maltese do not know that when you say Profs in Maltese it is used in a demeaning way, Eg Ara wasal il-profs! Although written in English i think the piece has the same connotation unless F.D. does not know how to address someone like Professor Fenech.

Another wrongly used word is politikant. It should be politiku. Politikant is also used to belittle.

  23. S Borg says:

Franco jitkellem fejn jaqbel LILU, u fejn ma jaqbillux (bhal Profs Fenech) joqghod lura. You do the math. “Cara daqs il-kristall”.
