An ego as big as a small country between Tunis and Tripoli
I quote directly from Franco’s latest ‘Gonzi is Hitler’ blog-post:
Gonzi will go down in history as Malta’s Hitler. I can say that after what he made me and theis country go through.
Me and this country, eh? My, what a ruddy great ego. There’s Franco. And then there’s everyone and everything else: the country.
Most pathological narcissists know to keep within the parameters of acceptable behaviour, at least in public, if only not to harm their image and restrict the scope for further self-promotion.
But here we are dealing with an extreme case.
As I recall – and I have just had a rustle through my reference books – martyrs were burnt alive, had multiple arrows shot into them, were broken on racks, crushed by heavy weights, had bits of them cut off, and so on.
Will no one indulge him and end his suffering? It seems to be what he wants.
NOTE TO FRANCO AND HIS OLDER FEMALE RELATIVE: this last sentence is not to be taken literally. All the rest is.

Maybe what he’s really after is flagellation and crucifixion, not just some poxy rack or slings and arrows.
I think that all he needs is a good f*ck. Then perhaps we’d see the back of him.

Am I correct in saying that a few month back you were considering a complete boycott of these two village idiots (namely FD and JP) – can we revive this complete blanket and stop fuelling their over inflated egos? No other nutcase gets so much free publicity. Surely this is bad therapy for them, too.
Interesting that in the past hour:
1. Franco changed the title of his post “Gonzi had planned an october election” to “Gonzi is Malta’s Hitler”;
2. then he changed it again to “Gonzi had planned an October election”;
3. then the post was removed altogether;
4. then it reappeared a short while later.
It seems, however, that he kept at least three of his comments on the comments-board, in which he talks about Gonzi being Hitler, and at least another seven such comments made by others, but for which he remains responsible at law.
PS: “Gonzi will go down in history as Malta’s Hitler. I can say that after what he made me and theis country go through.”
He has also removed that from the latest incarnation of his blog-post.
Quite unstable, I would say.

Can Franco search the word ‘sanity’ in a good dictionary and find out what parts of its definition apply to him, if any at all?
Daphne, just a small correction. No pathological narcissist knows how to keep within the parameters of normal behaviour.
Narcissism is a personality disorder and so, by definition, the behaviour is unacceptable within social norms. If it is acceptable then it is not a personality disorder and so not narcissism.
He took it down.
Maltatoday thinks that’s worthy of a news headline, not the fact that the MP whose every move has to be reported stooped to such a level.
