    Can Carmelo Abela get his facts right? The increase was over four years and not every year.He is quoting the prime minister incorrectly or it is a case of bad reporting.

    I am not a great fan of Obama, but this clip describes our PL spot on.

    The irony is that Obama has governed the US through one of its worst economic periods and is set to be confirmed, while Gonzi has guided Malta through the same economic turmoil with success and, according to the polls, is predicted to be replaced.

    And the replacement hasn’t got a clue.

      The result in the USA is still uncertain. Many countries are changing governments as we have seen even in Europe – the latest being Georgia.

      Of more direct interest, why doesn’t Muscat tell us how he is going to manage at least to maintain the economic well being of the Maltese economy which is relatively still enjoying good performance while the world economy is experiencing such heavy swells?
