Nice meeting you’ve got there, Joseph

The Labour Party’s big cheeses held a meeting with the leaders of church schools earlier this week.
I looked at the photograph of the set-up and thought how it says it all about the way Labour ‘gets close to the people’ and ‘hears you’.
Very congenial surroundings, I must say. And that set-up has been designed to really make you talk and be at your ease.
Tal-biki.

Evarist must be pleased, was he there as one of the nuns?
What with his portfolio extended to financial services and appearances for the opposition on discussion programs regarding energy generation, he’s become quite a multitasker.
Is the man on Evarist Bartolo’s left one of Franco’s cocks?
What a cheek!
To invite church school leaders without the MLP of ever issuing an apology for its past atrocities, says it all!
Does the MLP think that most of the Maltese are morons and don’t know what the MLP did to Church schools and to our children?
If this is not hypocrisy, then I do not know what is!
JC.
King Arthur had the right idea.
The nun is trying to get a glimpse. The woman next to her couldn’t be bothered, the rest are pondering seriously.
Actually the nun looks suspicious and guarded. Look at her posture and crossed legs. She knows Labour.
Labour’s stance vis-a-vis Church Schools:- “Jew b’xejn jew xejn. Jekk trid il-Knisja tbiegh il-fided” Lest we forget Karmenu back in October 1984.
As long as Joey sported a blue background, who cares. Well, the rest of us care. In point of fact we are very concerned. A few weeks to go and we still have no joy from any of them.
That’s what I thought too. Not a hint of red but a vast royal blue ocean, harshly floodlit.
Comments here prove beyond any reasonable doubt, that Dr. Joseph Muscat is causing many restless nights to these GonziPN bloggers ! They realize that he has made many inroads in traditional PN sectors !
What inroads, and what restless nights, Mr. Privitera?
Judging from the photo above, I am actually glad to note that it seems that the Malta Labour Party has learned to keep an arms length distance from the Church.
History has shown us that when they get any closer, Labour cannot resist the temptation of laying their hands on the Church’s property.
Daphne: Are you having second thoughts before letting the above comment appear on your blog ?
[Daphne – No, Mr Privitera. Not being a retired person, I was otherwise engaged.]
