Cheap con tricks: Joseph Muscat just can’t kill the Super One journalist inside

Published: November 4, 2012 at 7:41pm

You’d think that if they were going to pick somebody to fake a disillusioned elector who voted for Lawrence Gonzi in 2008, they wouldn’t pick Jon-Ah-Tin Brim-meRRRRRR, die-hard Labour activist.

Din xi ideja ohra fjakka ta’ KeRRRRRt, ghal li jista’ jkun? Tal-biki.

The PL – a party built on lies.

If you repeat a lie often enough …..

    • Anthony: Staqsi lil Eddie Fenech Adami dwar il-gideb li qal dwar Alfred Sant. Staqsi lil Tonio Borg u xi 4 deputati ohra, bhal Beppe etc.. min kien gideb fil-parlament dwar il-vot ta’ Dr- Justyne Caruana.!!!

      • TROY says:

Eddy, int taf kif ikun giddieb.

      • Anthony Briffa says:

Privitera meta inti kont qieghed tigri wara KMB u CNI siehbek Joe grima kien issejjah ic-centru Laburista – THE HOUSE OF FABLES – jekk ma temienx tih cempila.

Since, the situation has become more serious and now the PL can be a candidate for the Guinness Book of Records fil-gideb.

      • Brian says:

        @ Eddy Privitera

Il-gideb kontra Lino Spiteri minn harighom flimkien mal-miftehma ‘Block Votes’. Meta Spiteri kien ikkontesta ghall-kariga ta’ mexxej fi hdan il-Partit Laborista – mhux il-partit tieghek stess?

      • Ic-Cicru says:

Eddy, nissuggerilek biex tistaqsi lil Karmenu Vella u lil John Dalli tal-Gudja ghal-gideb, meta dawn dahhlu l-kutrabandu l-ghadira fuq il-yacht “Lady Jo”!!! ghax kienu qalu li ma jafux!!!!! li kellhom jiddikjaraw x’ghandhom!!! imsieken.

Labour – a party brimming with lies.

  2. George Grech says:

Seems like Miss Helena’s got the hots for him and is not embarrassed to publicly manifest it on Facebook.

    • The chemist says:

Mr Dalli must be too busy. Go for it Jon-Ah-Tin ! You seem like a good tool for whoever needs your services.

  3. Antoine Vella says:

Ironically, Brimmer works with the ETC and should be fully aware of the low unemployment rate.

  4. denis says:

Pathetic. As if anyone believed he had voted Nationalist.

  5. Daphne: Se tispiccaw tghidu li Deborah Schembri, Cyrus Engerer, Manwel Mallia, l-ispizjar Meli, u hafna ohrajn, inkluz John Dalli, JPO, Mugliett, Franco Debono, ukoll dejjem kienu laburisti !

  6. H.P. Baxxter says:

“Ta’ gewwa hafna ma’ Jason Micallef.”

Google translates that as “he’s inside him.” Is there something we should be told here?

  7. just me says:

A politician of integrity does not lie. It shows dishonesty and a lack of respect towards the people whose vote he is trying to win.

A single lie will not let me believe anything you have ever said or will say in the future.

  8. T.M. says:

Brimmer works at ETC and was always known as a Labour supporter and activist. How cheap can these people be? It is beyond imagination.

  9. TinaB says:

Cheap, and a bloody bunch of amateurs too.

  10. Mister says:

I always had the impression that Brimmer was also involved with Pulse during his study years at Junior College. He was already labour before getting his vote.

Or did he vote Nationalist in 2008, even though he was hanging out with Labour activists and saying that he’s Labour? Did they hate Alfred Sant so much? Did they want Alfred Sant out of the picture so much?

  11. WhoamI? says:

But he wears Tommy Hilfiger dan ir-Rimmer. Lanqas ghandu biex jghix, miskin.

  12. NGT says:

Interesting. I didn’t watch the debate since I thought I could read the highlights of the whole thing the following day. So, in Kurt Sansone’s eyes, this was not a ‘stunt’ worth mentioning but this was:

“In a stunt to counter criticism based on a recent World Bank report that found it was difficult to do business in Malta, Dr Gonzi produced a raft of reports by various international agencies praising the country’s economic performance. The stunt, which involved a woman walking into the studio with bound copies of the reports, almost backfired when Dr Muscat asked the Prime Minister to hand them over to families who could not make ends meet.”

Believe it or not, Malta Today’s version of what was said that evening was better.
